In the pursuit of quality
Catastrophe Supermarine was happy with the beta version of the mini countdown timer. I went on the refine the technique of updating the display to cut down on potential sim lag. Rather then send out updates to 30 people watching an event ever second, I’m working on a way to just send it out once every 10 - 15 seconds to keep the texture animation in synch. I had to create a new texture so that the numbers would count down in the correct order. I made a method call to also set a separate face to use the same texture, but static. It gets updated once a minute. Once this part is ready, I can start packaging it to sell.
