Touching the oracles feet

I arrived within the temple to find the oracle. A roman guard was at the edge of the room eyeing me as I approached. His friend, Chenin Anabuki, was consulting with the oracle within. He was very animated moving his hands around. I couldn’t tell if he was souting or dancing. I waited patiently until he was done so that I could touch the oracles feet and consult as well. Chenin walked away and I touched the oracles feet vigerously. She doesn’t seem to be tickleish at all. I wonder how this consulting business works out.
