Customizing the note card giver

Often I am upgrading my products from customer requests for new features. Things work great, but there is just a little something extra that someone wants. Cady Enoch sent me an email inquiring about how the note card giver appears when she walks through the prim. As the owner, she is the only one this shows up for so that it is easier for owners to find and edit the object. I created a new feature for Cady so that she can instruct the product to always stay hidden regardless if she walks through it or not. The prim still stays hidden for everyone else while it hands out notecards welcoming them to places where they have just arrived. Another feature request completed. Yay!
