Programming CRM software for virtual worlds

This weekend I started programming some desktop software outside of second life. I’m creating a plug-in based platform to allow me to import data from different websites related to second life. In the end, I hope to have customer relationship management software that I will be able to resell to others who have their own businesses. I’m able to grab data from a few sites already and it is already paying off in just having the personal tools available to use - even though it is not yet complete.
