Arrived in Chicago for SLCC
Most of today was spent driving. I took care of a few things this morning and got off to a late start. I arrived at a quarter to 12 midnight. Of course, I really arrived an hour before that. Chicago sets in the central timezone, so I didn’t figure that into my plans. Still - that just means that the trip back home will seem like an hour longer if i compare clocks where I leave to where I arrive. The hotel here is very posh. They even fold the ends of my toilet paper rolls into triangles. I feel at home here. They label prices on everything you see - just like SL! Want something? Just take it and it’s yours for a fee.
