Big plans for Dawn & Drew
DrFran and I consider some possible event opportunities to raise donations and awareness of the SecondLife Relay for Life. One such idea is to speak with our neighbor Droobles Knopfli - the host from the Dawn & Drew show. D&D is a very popular podcast that ranks at the top of most charts in the podcasting community and even has there show on Sirius Satelite, Sirius Stars 102 every week night. If you listen to podcasts, then chances are that you know who Dawn Miceli and Drew Domkus are. They are a married couple in Wisconsin fixing up an old farm house. Why are they special? They used to be Gutter Punks and are still kicking strong. I LOVE Dawn and Drew! In fact, I joined SL because I heard Drew speak so highly of it on the show. Funny thing is that as soon as I signed up I never once saw him online. Oh well. Hopefully he’ll join his sl friends again soon. I think doing something for RRL would be a great idea…Do it!
