there are disadvantages to the mainland — no convenants means that the landscape can become overcrowded, clubs and such can move into a residential area, land becomes speculative. Right now? Lost Grounds is a nice place to live, despite a script-heavy club in the north. The waters are LL waters so the beachfront seems secure, and Governor Linden still owns a couple 512 lots.
